A right "Homer" moment...

I actually left my keys in the front door yesterday, on the outside... Luckily they were still there when I got home in the evening

Got a few work related things on my mind at the moment, but I still cant believe I did it.

Anyone else got any stupid little gems like this?

Er, left the front door 'on the latch' a few times.

Cue slap to the head and shout 'D'oh'

My office mate was talking to her hubby by mobile; her in the office, him in the flat.

He couldn't get a good signal in the flat, so he went and stood outside, and pulled the door closed (out of habit).

We then heard this "Oh, ****!" as he realised he hadn't taken his keys with him.
