Pat Roach - Bomber in Auf Wiedersehen Pet RIP :-(
Not sure if anyones bothered but I just found out he died on Saturday. Never saw anything in the news about it. As you can tell from my username I drive a scooby & love Auf Pet so it's a big downer

Now that's sad news
Not just famous for Auf Widersehen Pet, but he started as a pretty good (British) wrestler back in the Big Daddy era, then went on to appear in loads of films. For example, he was in all three of the Indiana Jones films, the two Conan films, Willow, Clash of the Titans, Robin Hood prince of Thieves etc...
Will be sadly missed....

My wife told me earlier tonight about this, she saw it on the news, he had cancer.
I remember watching him as a kid wrestling with Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks (think they're all dead now).
I enjoyed all the series of Auf Pet since the 80's, but that last one he didn't look well.

I never knew he was the big bald guy in indiana jones, enjoyed AP when I was young, also when the replayed them all not so long back.
