employment laws re holidays.....
what is the exact ruling on holidays an employer has to give you by law
and how bank holidays and xmas hols fit into this!!!
any other main points re employment law that would be useful to know!!!

you must get 20 days paid holiday, but at the moment there is nothing to prevent your employer including bank holidays in this. conversely, your employer is not obliged to let you have bank holidays off.
