Exclamation Negative Feeback!!! What to do.

I just won this item yesterday

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ME:B:EOAB:UK:6

and was about to send payment when I saw the Negative Feedback the seller has just received. What do you think I should do?

Advice welcome.

For the sake of £10.50 you may as well risk it for a biscuit, especially since there is only one bad feedback on an item worth £3.00!!

p.s. don't blame me if it doesn't turn up!

wouldn't worry me tbh, its one bloke complaining, if we took ratings at full value who would have ever bought from Dixons, halfords, Ford dealers ect???

go out into Guidlford high street and take a look at all the ladies out and about today.
enjoy the view for a while and maybe take in a steak and stilton cornish pasty (opposite burger king and up the hill a little bit).
then go back and take a chance if the worst that can happen is a £10.50 loss.

LOL guess I should have asked for *sensible* advice.

I've had an expensive week this week, so I'm not in the mood to lose money for no reason - even £13.50 I've mailed him saying I'm ready to send payment, but asking for his side of the story first. We'll see what happens.

PC I've downloaded a mpeg of Alison Golfrapp's Glastonbury performance as well. Could send you a copy if you want?

Looks like the seller may have tried it on with the guy complaining but I don't think he'll knock you. You'll notice that the guy complaining made the one and only bid on his item and got it for the lowest price. Some sellers are reluctant to send out goods when they don't get the money they wanted.
Of course it could also be just a misunderstanding between the two of them or the CD was lost in the post.

Havent played with the link - but if you're a frequent purchaser and you renage once on something you've won then as a percentage his negative feedback wont really impact on your 'status'...
Then if his feedback is 90% i'd say for the sale of a tenner I'd go for it!!

Anyone could see the seller wasn't English - look at the spelling!! Why didn't he/her get someone to proof read it?!

Also, does he say he is selling as he is going home? Hmmmmmmm, what do you do if you find out its dodgy?!

I see the seller is from my neck of the woods UB - if I don't have to expend too much effort I could pick it up for you?

I did think about sending the "boyz" round. i.e. yourself and ajm Corsham from Keynsham involves crossing Bath - twice IIRC Or is the traffic sorted out now with the new by-pass?

Indeed. I wouldn't fancy it. It's only 3 quid postage anyway. But.... if he fails to send it... the Scoobynet "massive" may be called into action.

I actually bought some of my piranha from a aquarium shop near Corsham! Unfortunately it will cost me more than a tenner in fuel to get there and back from Portishead so if its only a question of economics then no can do I'm afraid.

However... if it's a matter of principle, well that would be different!....

Looks to me like it was an impatient muppet of a buyer, who probably believed the post office when they said first class post is next day
