Default Company Name Question

Can you register a Limited company with the word "F*ck" in the name?

Can it be a seperate word or would it be have to be combined with another e.g (f*ck shop ltd or f*ckshop ltd?

Why am i asking? All will be revealed soon

Thanks

J

If its an abreviation of say Fox, Ungerman, Cooper & Kilmer Ltd, they probably wouldn't even notice. However if you wanted the word F*CK in the name, I doubt you would be sucessful.
Why do you want to do it anyway?

You might be able to get away with "trading as"...so you registered any Ltd name but then "trade as".

But I suspect you cannot cause offence in printed matter or online.

Depends on the spelling of the offending item!
