Environment Agency Help
Don't suppose anyone on here works for them? Am selling a house and purchaser is waiting for a drainage report back from them and it's so far taken well over a month. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) else is in place and there are no other concerns or anything holding up the sale.
I am desperate for this to go through quickly - anyone been here and have any suggestions?
Cheers!

Cancel the EA request and get your conveyancing solicitor to do it on line.

Thanks Nick I appreciate your help, but they already have the basic report and were generally happy with it. Problem is the house is in the Thames Valley and therefore technically liable to flood (though not flooded since 1947 and since then lots more flood relief schemes in place).
It's the additional report relating to drainage/ flooding that's causing the delay.
Am due to have a Micahel Douglas style "Falling Down" moment anytime soon....
