Hire Cars and Police Endorsements
Guys,
I have acquired 3 lame SP30's in the last 2 yrs. As a consequence, i fear it will be a ball ache to get a hire car from the likes of EuropCar. AVIS etc. I managed to get one recently but not via one of the bigger hire car co's.......
Does anyone have any advice on who's the best when it comes to endorsments ?

Hertz allow drivers to have upto 11 points
visit http://www.hertz.co.uk/byr/terms/index.cfm and click on Driver's licence. It states
