Motorola V600..
Hi,
Has anyone got one of these phones and if so, do you recommend one?
I've been looking at the deal on the 02 site which give you a handsfree borg bluetooth headset for free. Are these anygood??
I want something which does polyphonic ring tones and has the bluetooth capablility.
Comments greatly appreciated.

I got one a few weeks back. I hate the thing. I wish I'd stuck with a Nokia. It's got all sorts of quirky faults these 2 are the most common - it freezes, to unfreeze it you have to remove the battery, it chirps to tell you that you missed a call even though it didn't actually ring to tell you that there is an incoming call.

I got one a month or so back and dislike it intensely. I didn't encounter any faults, just didn't like anything about it. The Bluetooth headset is good though. Have reverted back to my Nokia 6310i.

Had one for about 4/5 months now. I've been a Moto fan for many years. Different to everybody else's Nokia 33whatever....
Yes, the OS has its slight quirks, but once you're used to it, Nokias seem cumbersome and common. Highly recommended!!

I recently bought one and its OK except for the bloody buttons on the l/h/s keep changing the ring settings when its in my pocket, basically it can change to silent or vibate only or whatever without me realising. I know it makes a bleep when the buttons are pressed but you dont always hear it, bloody annoying and I cant disarm the buggers either.

I recently changed to the V600 after decades of Nokias!
The menu system is now very similar to Nokias, as is the texting.
I personally love it. Great looking, good camera, easy texting etc.
The only downsides as mentioned above are that the side buttons can change the ring to vibrate or off when in your pocket, but I did read about these buttons functions being re-programmable.
The other downside is the relatively small text inbox.
My last Nokia (6100) could hold over 100 texts easy.
Go get one, you won't be disappointed.
