Is the R75 the latest model? Because a mate working at an electrical store told me that the now deleted Philips model was problematic and tons of them had been returned.

I've got one of the Korean ones - Ellion 9000. About £200 as well but has a load of inputs and plays back Jpeg, Mpeg, MP3 and other formats. Happy with it so far, will see if it lasts a year!

SVP Communications are doing a Liteon for under 200 quid.I don't have one personally but it's gotta be worth considering!!
Have a look at their website - http://www.blankdiscshop.co.uk/acata...on__.html#a901

Also, there's a review of it here on CDR-Info.com

Good luck

Nick

Avoid Phillips I have presumably one of the deleted models and the laser had to be replaced within 6 months and is again playing up.
