That's COOL .

We both said we didn't mind what we had, but secretly I wanted a boy - and that's what we're having come september

When having the scan and getting a view of the, er, giveaway appendages, I refrained from the saying 'duuuuuuuude' and nodding my head, I just simply remarked on how warm it must be in there

All the best

"bits" can often be confused with other things etc.
Yes, fair chance you're having a boy, but not 100% certain....

Yeah, we were the same - that or he was pole dancing with the umbilical cord

Only joking, I know there is still a degree of uncertainty, but if it's a girl then we'll be calling it Nadia The nurse actually said that we can't say for certain, and there is still a chance it's a girl - but yes, there's it's ***** !

All the best

As I said.....it's not unheard of to get it wrong.
Which kind of defeats the purpose of knowing! ie, if it isn't 100%, why bother knowing

At least you get 20 weeks scans where you are - in Lothian, you only get a 12 week scan, and that's it.

Of course, with some *ahem* genetic traits of the father, it's very difficult to identify such a small part through ultrasound, so mistakes are easily made.

That sounds like a personal complaint to me...
