Sheds / workshops etc
Anyone know where I can get a good sized garden shed at least 12x10 and good VFM!

And what size is considered substantial enough to require planning consent?

70 m3 - i believe
and is required either way if less than 5 metres from main building . If that isnt right pleeese somebody tell all- cos i need to know

I think you are in T Wells, if I am right the guys next to Eridge Station used to sell cheap sheds, not sure if they still do. Possibly called 1/2 Price Sheds.

Think you also have to be careful of the height of the structure. We had a Brick BBQ house built once in a garden, and because we kept within certain peramiters, we needed no planning permission.

I think there is a diff between wooden and brick buildings. Speak (very politely!) to your planning department to be sure.
I'd try Exchange and Mart for cheap sheds direct from the manufacturers.

Try a google for yardmaster m8,i got mine direct from them at very good price and its a huge metal double doored system

Not had any real probs with that tbo,you just get a bit on the roof
