stanley casinos bad losers
i tried that thing last week,
but managed to get my £100 yesterday ,
so i placed bets like normally
got to £157,
about to give up
but carried on got myself to £217.50
so i gained (117.50) yeah?
did that trick., £3 on every number ended with 214.50
wouldn't let me cash that 50p
so i placed a £2.50 (neighbour bet)
and won got to £230
tried to withdraw it
then got to this email today

Due to a review of your account we have noticed that you have not met
the terms and conditions of the New Player Bonus offer in particular
term 4:
"4.Zero risk bets are excluded from the NEW PLAYER bonus. Low risk bets
and any activity where it appears that the offer is being abused are
also excluded. NEW PLAYER bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any
other offer. From time to time we may limit the NEW PLAYER bonus to a
particular casino or game. Where abuse is evident, we reserve the right to
refuse to process withdrawals of winnings."
Full terms and conditions of the offer can be found by clicking on the
link here http://www.stanleycasinos.com/default.asp?PageFlag=3
We regard risk in it's broadest sense as the exposure to the chance of
losing something. Since the bet that you placed had a guaranteed
outcome of a total loss of £3 there was no chance involved in the bet as you
knew what the exact outcome would be no matter what the number came up.
Similar bets would be to bet Red and Black and zero, or all three
columns and zero. Whilst I am sure that we can argue about the semantics, we
feel that there was no chance and therefore no risk involved in the bet
despite the guaranteed loss.
Your account has now been temporarily reopened so that you may withdraw
your initial deposit. Once you have done this we will process your
withdrawal and it should be back on your card within 5 working days at the
latest. Your account will then be locked.
Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact
us.

Anyone who did this check your bank statements. I just checked mine and no money has gone in although they told me it had been processed. No email was recieved from them warning me that I could not withdraw my money.
Ladbrooks came through okay.

Hello
I did mention this on the original thread. They do not want to play at all. I spent a long time on the phone with the manager complaining about their definition of the word "risk".
Steve.
