Meanest Martial Arts Bad Guy

Has to go to Bolo Yeung. Just watched the end of Bloodsport and I reckon even I would struggle to take him!

LOL! Awsome that Hong Kong Phooey is, I just don't think he could carry off the required "grimace and look into the distance at the same time as snapping someone's neck" that all martial arts baddies must do!

Ugly mug bad guy in 'Kick boxer' you know that Van Damme. Cripples the brother, kills the dog, rapes the love interest...mean, evil, nasty, ugly bloke with a awful hairstyle. AND he kills Van Damme in the sequel...proper mean!!!!
