On that scale an 8 in any car. 9 on any Max power type (Saxo,Subaru,Nova).
And a full blown 10 on a van.
IMHO......

only thing that annoys me about these flags are the people who are flying them dont have the first clue about football, they couldnt even tell you what the offside rule is

At least a twenty
I believe that in certain, less reputable parts of the country, they are being used as a lever to get a sufficent gap between car door & window to get your arm in and unlock it.

I can't see the point of complaining about it. Why not fly the flag if it is important to you. I prefer to see some visible support for our country which does no-one any harm rather than this wimpish PC attitude which is so prevalent these days.

Went to a fairly chavvy area of town yesterday to visit relatives and they were all over, even had their houses covered

The Wolverhampton council told taxi drivers it was against the law/local taxi rule to use flags and signs other than those approved for taxis...WTF??
I think the police told them to get a life (not actual words) - too damn right too!

The Americans fly their flag all the time as rightly or wrongly they are fierecly proud of their country.
We on the other hand only fly them in support of our f**king footy team who will be eliminated at the earliest opportinity anyway, but not bbefore the 'lager lout sector of the so called fans' have ripped half of Portugal to pieces - chav in the extreme I'd say.
Makes me embarrassed to be English.

Steve,
I bought you one of these flags for your car but be careful as I don't think it'll survive 145mph on the Autobahn .
Richard (who also has a little Union Jack on his car )
