Who's betting that between them the car thieving scum get around 30 hours community service, a ban from driving (to run alongside their existing 17 bans), 3 points and a 25 quid fine for doing 134 in a 30, and let off scott free for trashing an Elise into a Fiesta and hospitalising a family of 4.

Let's nick a car, take it to bits so it looks like scrap, including grinding the roof off - ship it to Lagos and they put it back together and on the road
Bad enough that it's nicked, but it's now totally unsafe too !!!
