WTF has someone to do in order to cancel his phone line service?!?!!? I was calling customer services since 4:30pm and I didn't get an answer till 6:00pm when the services closed.... Even virgin has 24-hour customer services and BT can't bother....

I've just signed up with Talk Talk. Pay £12.99 per month for unlimited calls. Pay BT £9.50 per month line rental.....Make that £24.99 per month. Its still dear compared to other countries but Talk Talk are trying to gain their own lines to break away from BT's stranglehold. The writing is on the wall.

BT are SH!TE!
I'm forced to have a line for my broadband. They promised it would be on the day I moved into my new place, and was it? Was it ****.
It took me 3 days and loads of calls before it was finally connected and then they had the cheek to try to charge me £50 for the engineer's callout fee!!! I paid nothing.
They then called me because I expressed an interest in broadband to see if I'd go with them LOL. Gotta admire their cheek!
