Snooper S6 R update probs.
Been trying now for 3 W/E's in a row, and it just kees dialling & not connecting. Anyone else having probs. Haven't tried from a different line yet, will Monday.

Is this the S6R Neo you're referring to? If so, it could be due to any number of excuses dreamt up by Performance Products:
You're using an ADSL line which is interfering with the signal.
You're using a non-standard lead which won't allow dowloading.
We'll send you a replacement unit. Had this one 3 times.
We're updating our server - not heard that on before.
Strangely enough, they never admit their product is crap...

I had the same problem,until i realised my subs had lapsed
I can never connect at home,so i think the broadband filter excuse hold up,becuase i can always connect at work,but not thorugh a switchboard,only a direct line.
