Default Omega Speedmaster Adjustment

There's been a few threads about Omega watches.

When I mentioned that my Speedmaster Pro looses a few minutes a week, someone posted that it could be adjusted by myself... I never followed this up... so hence this post to ask is this possible without taking the back off?

Not possible without taking the back off.

You will have a + and - on the escape mechanism, and a small lever.
You simply adjust accordingly.
Dont attempt doing it unless your competent, one slip with your screwdriver/spike and you into the hairspring.......
Also a re-seal is advisable.

How far off is it ?

Is it a manual wind Moonwatch, or a Pro selfwind ?
