Carphone Warehouse, Some advice please
I ordered an new Motorola V600 and as promised it arrived the following day.
Well the same day that one was delivered, so did another one.
This is 2 months ago now, and my credit card has never been charged.
I called them up and asked them for my 'serial' number and the started to use the correct phone.
But 2 months on i still have a brand new V600, and they have not asked for it back.
What should i do, keep hold of it for a while longer or shove it on ebay ?

Check Distance Selling regulations - good delivered that were not ordered can be considered a gift and as such they would be breaking the law to ask for them back - With this in mind both are yours to do with as you please - you lucky bar steward!!!

To cover your back legally, I think you have to send them a letter asking them to pick up there unsolicited goods. Then hold onto for 6 months. If they don't claim it you can keep it or sell it.

I had the same saga with 02 over several months. They eventually realised and asked for the phone back which I had given away. It took months to sort out. Bear this in mind. Is it worth the agro
