If your on T-Mobile beware-You might be getting overcharged!!

My phone bill came in today, £80 odds. Bit high I thought so I checked the allowance. I get 200 free texts with my price plan and had bought an extra 400. On checking the itemized bit it turns out that I only got 200 free, they had charged me for the other allowance but not given it!!

Just off the phone to them and they're going to recalculate my bills going back to April next year, i should be in line for a few quid!

just goes to show u that u need to check ur bills,

my daft sister set up her home insurance with Norwich Union and had to change it recently, and she has just found out that she set up 2 policies for the same item, and has being paying £12 per month for the last 18 mths she didn't need to, will they refund the money....no her fault, silly mare i did laugh
