Default using mobile whilst driving......

Driving home on M1 last night, saw this car in the outside lane weaving all over the place and holding up the traffic. As I pulled alongside I look into the car and see the guy is on his Moby. He speeds up a bit and eventually I get alongside him again. I look over into his car and see the funniest way of using a moby I've ever seen. He's still chatting away on it but.......................his passenger is now holding the phone to his ear !! Made me smile all the way home. Question I wondered is, is it still legal, 'cos I guess technicaly he is not holding the phone ???

Looked really stupid but if it's legal might be worth a try !!!

Have a good one.

I was amused on the way home last night to watch the car infront smash into a very high kerb (must have done a fair bit of damage to the wheel). When he pulled over, as i went past it was clear he'd been on the phone when it happened
