Hi *Cino*
There is a good place near the KFC (the one by central station) its a few doors down from KFC on the same side. They're quite reasonable for small amounts (say 200). If you want more thasn that then it may be better to get them made up from a wholesaler on the net who will design to your requirements etc etc. The setup charges can be expensive though.

Thats near a reputable garage
Cino, you will still have to pay a one off set up charge for the artwork but 10k you will get a really good deal. I would do a google search for an online supplier

A friend uses these people for all his business stationery. He's not using huge quantities (his business is a 32 bedroom hotel) and is happy with them.

Cino,
Go for the best you can afford to get away with All depends on your type of business etc but even using the pre-cut ones on your PC, you'll need a v.good printer to fool the "this looks home made" brigade
If you can, get a few free proofs off the printer and see how they feel/look etc before deciding as there's nothing worse then a paper thin business card.
Like I said, all depends how you want your business to be perceived
Sorry I cant help with a link though as I get all mine done for me at work
