Getting rid of smell of dog in car
Bought a motor recently from a friend who had 2 scruffy dogs.
As you can imagine, the interior honks of wet doggy.
Any hints or tips of what to scrub the interior with??

Oi' cheeky git if you mean the punto, it wasn't mine, it was my sisters.
The only thing that'll get rid of that smell is gut the interior, burn it, then buy a new one
Actually, thinking about it, Just burn the f**king car, it's a Fiat You can't sell that POS to a girl you're after sh*gging

On a serious point though, the smell of them f**kers will be in the seats themselves, probably your only solution will be to take 'em out and see if your mum will stick them through the washer.

Propper full wet valet to suck all the sweat and drool out of the fabric is the best way....It'll still honk, but after that spray with loads febreeze and it'll smell nice'n rosey
I found Mr-Muscle window cleaner (with vinegar) very good at getting slobber and grease of vinyl surfaces too (which will smell too).
I got my nissan which had many many (well about 15) years of the dog and kid treatment without any cleaning before I got hold of it....Spent a whole day with teh Karcher wet vac, Mr Muscle and taking all the seats out to get at every nook and cranny...look liked new inside when I finished -
Then I dumped a Mucky Rover V8 engine and Gearbox in the back - so now I'm back to sqaure 1 Still I find old oil, petrol and degreaser smells far more pleasent than a sweaty old dog
