I have my phone with BT but pay the air time through Telco.

I want mobiles banned from being called from the house phone but don't know who to speak to. Someone has told me you can't do it but I'm sure a relative ddid it when his daughter wouldn't stop calling her friends. Do I speak to Bt or Telco? both companies have irratingly long recorded messages

you can get it done by BT. you have to put a code in to ring a mobile.

I think you can do it through Call Barring but that's a Calling Feature (Select Service) which you must pay a monthly fee for.

If you are on Carrier pre-Select (CPS) with your alternative provider you may be able to do this, ask them. We provide CPS service to businesses and bar 09 at network level for no charge at all.
