The only reason that the City is opposed to completely replacing banknotes with plastic is because you can't snort cocaine through a rolled-up gold credit card.

Bolox dont believe for one minute that a 'top' (ok top-ish) athlete didnt know what additives he was being given, it stinks if you ask me!
