Interview tomorrow
Great obviously
But, I was wondering how I should answer a question. Its bound to come up.
Scenario : I worked for my last company for 3 and 3/4 years. But was forced to quit because, they were going to stitch me up on something and sack me! And I couldnt be bothered to try and fight it as they are a bunch of (coughs) anyway!.
I admitted I made a mistake (nothing life threatening) the problem was that one of my managers "favourites" did the exact same thing, a couple of days later! And needless to say it didnt even warrant a "quick chat in my office"
So if they ask why I left, with no job to go to, any suggestions?

Whatever you do, don't say anything negative about your old company or bosses if at all possible in the interview.
I know someone who left their previous place because she couldn't accept the ethics of the organisation (she was in HR). She has been up front and honest at interviews since and it doesn't seem to have had a negative effect at all.

First of all good luck with the interview tommorow - in the same boat got one tommorow as well !
have been in a simlair position in one of my jobs but after a little threating from myself - ie I said I would take them to a tribunal and make it very public etc, and a gentle reminder that a certain percentage of my family are in Politics / MP's / MEP's.
They did not want this as they where aware of the damage I could cause to the company as I knew to many secrets, they agreed (with a lump sum) that I was officially made redundant. (The company was going through some reduncies at the same time, so very belivable).
Very common place these days and most employers are sympathatic today and see it as a commom thing / part of the job market today.
