Just testing the water to see if anyone is qualified to help with a business disposal (in terms of drafting a contractual agreement between seller and buyers)- nothing majorly heavy; current owner to retain equity interest, staggered payments etc.?

Needs to be done pretty quickly....

Or does anybody know of a 'off the shelf' legal form (like the off the shelf 'wills' or employee contracts etc.) that can be tweaked?

Any help very much appreciated.
