Hi

I want to find out who owns a commercial property. It's in Scotland, I would go to a solicitor but they want £60 and being a tight Scottish git was wandering if their was a free site or something.

If you goto(if possible) the local Land Registry(area of the property) they can print you out a copy of who owns the property

After all, that's what a solicitor would do. You'd just cut out the middle man. Gosh, that means the solicitor would earn £55 for a five minute phone call. That's £660 per hour! Good work if you can get it!!!!
