Ordered a few parts from a very well established and respected retailer, they arrived to day in a sealed bag. I opened the bag to find two boxes and a lead that i had ordered last week - great!

Oh, but hang on , one box has already been opened (very roughly too), and the seal on it broken, lets have alook to see everythings there ... hmm, what do you think??

I hope i get a apology tomorrow when i ring them. I could understand if they put a letter in stating it was the last on the shelf and if its no good without the lead i can return it etc. etc. , but there was nothing, bar the invoice. I even explained on the phone i needed the sensors and leads that lead to the Defi control unit....
