Import Tax
Can you (I 
) be charged import tax after I've collected a parcel?
When I collected it I was told there was nothing to pay so does this mean there is nothing to pay or does it mean they've not kept up with delivery and are going to sting me in the next week or so??

when i used to be importing.
it was 1 of 3 things
1, take it from the company (dhl etc) and they say nothing to pay meaning nothing to pay
2, asking for £x to pay before giving you the parcel.
3, they leave the parcel at your doorstep , (not meeting the actual person.) and they send you a bill within 10 days.
if you ACTUALLY spoke to someone, then i presume there is nothing to pay
