Parcel Farce

Parcel Farce
What a joke. Gone from having dedicated Sales Advisor and Area Sales Manager to all administration handled by a "Team". In the past week, I have made 4 phone calls to Muppet land, each time explaining that I need to get my contract updated urgently so I can start shipping.
Utter useless donkey farm.
Sorry, just wanted to vent my frustrations somewhere.....

Since they closed the Swindon (where i live) depot things have gone right downhill (if that's possible).
If you aren't in they leave a card saying the parcel is "at your local depot awaiting collection", my local depot now being in Bristol - nearly an hours drive away!
How handy. Mind you at least you can call them and they'll deliver it to a local Post Orafice, for an extra charge...
