Thumbs down Parcel Farce

What a joke. Gone from having dedicated Sales Advisor and Area Sales Manager to all administration handled by a "Team". In the past week, I have made 4 phone calls to Muppet land, each time explaining that I need to get my contract updated urgently so I can start shipping.

Utter useless donkey farm.

Sorry, just wanted to vent my frustrations somewhere.....

Since they closed the Swindon (where i live) depot things have gone right downhill (if that's possible).

If you aren't in they leave a card saying the parcel is "at your local depot awaiting collection", my local depot now being in Bristol - nearly an hours drive away!

How handy. Mind you at least you can call them and they'll deliver it to a local Post Orafice, for an extra charge...

...of 50p. and to be fair, they do generally attempt 2 or 3 deliveries before taking it back to the depot. they also give u the chance to have it delivered again for free. iirc they also will deliver to any other address for free.

okay, so parcel force arent exactly good... but let's not say they should somehow be able to deliver your package to your home when you're not even there
