o2 Online Craped Up?
Has anybody elses o2 online bill gone horrily wrong. They have added a new voicemail minutes for me and told me I have used them all.
Also in the Unbilled summary they are saying I have used twice as many minutes as I have yet in the unbilled details it says I have used the right amount.
Then the text messages from the 10 days into previous bill are being taken out of this months.
I am not really inclined to phone there helpline at 50p a minute or whatever it was. There was nothing wrong with how it used to work so why do they have to play around.
Does anybody know if they have a technical page were they say if they know about an error, to save me emailing them?
