Question Credit cards with 0% offers on purchases: do any allow cash advance?

A number of cards currently have 0% interest for a fixed period on purchases as well as balance transfers.

But having read the small print, they all seem to exclude cash advances -- i.e. paying from the card into bank accounts.

Anyone know of any cards that DO allow cash advances at 0%, even for a short time?

Ta, Craig
