FAO Ex T Mobile Contract users!
Hello there,
I've read the thread involving loads of you quitting t- mobile due to the flaws in their contract and i am in the same current dilemma.I've been with t mobile for 6 years now.
My main problem is that i cant find any decent deals with other companies (and i dont get an o2 signal in my house).
I'm looking for something around 200 mins cross network and 200 texts a month for a decent amount.
Which companies did you change to? and are you getting a much better deal? Not only from a money perspective but customer service too??

Hello
Well it's not so much for the sake of a pound, more that if you are locked into a contract then you can escape early and still keep your phone.
For example, my wife got an Seimems SL55 in December for free, but with a year contract. We can now get out of the contract, keep the phone and sign up with someone else.
Steve.

I almost cancelled mine yesterday until I looked around and saw other Providers tariffs, who all work out more expensive than T Mobile. Orange were pretty good, but in the past through work phones experience, their reception has been terrible in comparison ....
After speaking to T Mobile, they've offered to waive the £1 itemised billing fee, upgrade me to a Nokia 7250i and reduce the monthly set bill from £27.50 to £21.00 and give 50% more cross network time.
I've been with them on my personal phone from the old One2One days when I use to get free calls in the Evening/Weekends with a brick for a phone I've only got 2 months left on my contract with them and have a 3510i, so nothing worth writing home about I'm afraid.
I bet EBays ful of new'ish phones going cheap
