Default Anyone work in H.R?

Hi

Looking to speak to people in Human Resources. Got a couple of questions that my (useless) employers can't answer.

TIA.

God, wasnt about HR in M and S was it?

I used to work in recruitment for them until recently.......Antique views/policies, miles of red tape, backward company

Makes me froth thinking about it.

Best of luck if it is them!

Best friends girlfriend works in HR three years UNI then one or two years on the job training to get more qualifications before being fully qualified to use fake smiles and lie about getting anything done.

I knowthere is a two year one day a week qualification you have to do on the job but can't remember what it is called normally a company pays and employs you while you do it.
