I am a total believer in means tested fines, remember Rangers footballer Lorenzo Amarusso getting fined and asking for time to pay it!!?? Taking the p1ss

So if he committed murder, would his prison sentence be reduced, proportionally, to three days (from, say 15 years) as his time was much more valuable that your average person (let alone a drugged up, scrounging, theiving scum!)???
