Help needed for gas/elec/phone providers

Hi Guys
I want to get my gas & electric from one supplier rather than 2 as I do at the moment (British Gas & Seeboard)
Anyone know any good dual providers with good standards of service ?
Also I am thinking of switching from NTL to another provider for my phone & TV......last straw was the TV going down last Saturday night & not coming back until the next morning - & this is not the first time its happened either.
So any recommendations for a good value good service phone & TV (Satellite) provider welcome
