Wink

What are you doing here? Get back to scoobyzone!

You can get cars with aeroscreens etc and they're quite legal, so don't see why not. Personally, wouldn't fancy taking the scoob out in the current weather with no screen in, though.

Its the wifes car that was crushed tonight under a tree - the police escorted me home once I had kicked the windscreen out, and of course, after the fire service had chopped the tree up.

Just wondering if I car drive it to the scrappies? Its taxed and MOT'd and Insured and stuff

Pete

Ian - same as on here, I just don't post there quite so often, and have resisted the temptation to join in with miller-baiting. Or at least I've resisted so far.

I know. But, have stayed out of it on the "not entering into a battle of wits with someone who is unarmed" principle. Getting a bit off topic here.

Your car will pass an MOT with no winscreen as long as the wipers are taken off !! So just take the wipers off & your fully legal..
& No you don't have to wear an helmet, it has more that 3 wheels

Cheers

You don't have to wear a crash hat on a three wheeler either.

Wear a hat or you might get pulled by the fuzz for having an offensive hairstyle with all that wind coming in

pslewis - ....once I had kicked the windscreen out

Shouldnt that read, once I had knocked out the screen with my zimma!

If its insured why arent the insurance company sorting it out - pretty quick to be getting it to the scrappy isnt it?
