ah the old 'cabbage and onion soup' diet, this has been doing the rounds for years, never tried it myself, it works but most of it is water loss and everyone I know thats done has put the weight back on.

trust me dude it was given to my cousin by a heart surgeon a mate of his , u aint suppose to see it but i lost over half a stone in 3 and a half days, me being asian i aint used to boiled and raw veg and fruit only i need to have spicy food and i luv chocolate if i dont eat chocolate my body shivers

it does work

IT DOES NOT! not long-term anyway.

yes, you will probably shed a stone... but 1-2lbs or less will be bodyfat.

the rest will be water and lean mass. why would anyone want to lose lean mass?!

and the water u lose will be retained once again, unless you stay on the diet indefinitely.

cutting up diets are fine.. but that one isn't.. its a crash diet. there is very little of substance on that diet, and u will be doing unbelievable damage if u eat like that and do anything remotely active.

you aren't supposed to see the diet because it isnt for 99% of people!

its for bypass operation people who need to loose weight quick but its safe, the guy who gave my cousin that lost 4 stones in 5 weeks he took it easy east some extra's

put someone on this diet for a while and do a before/after body composition test.

they WILL lose mass, yes. but it will be lean mass.

it is a LOT of hard work to gain that lean mass back when you've realised you've done a foolish diet.

that is one of the most catabolic diets ive ever seen.

u might as well have said "lose over a stone today - chop your arm off"

mass... muscle mass

the maximum fat anyone can EVER lose in a week is around 1-2lbs.

lose any more than that and you are NOT losing fat.

it doesnt make a fecking good soup.

add a cup of water and boil for 1/2hr.

haha trust me the soup is beautiful drinking it all day after 2 days u get bored but after the 2nd day leave out the tomatoe stuff then it tastes like a different soup its nice too
