OMG...I wouuld know how I'd live without my Palm Tungsten T3
Couldn't live without one!
- MP3 Player
- Watch car racing videos on boring train journeys
- Write/review Word documents on boring plane journeys
- Surf the net wirelessly at home (inc scoobynet)
- Use iSilo to download scoobynet threads and read them offline (in meetings )...and write replies
- Planned: GPS Sat Nav
- Planned: GPS Speed camera detector
- Carry a picture album and mini videos on SD cards - great for get togethers!
- Get a copy of the BBC News website and a copy of the FT free every morning(Avantgo)
- Play games

i have an o2 XDA2- it holds my companies entire client bank in its contacts which it cross links to the diary to sch meetings- this all syncs back to the pc.
when a client calls, if the numbers in the client bank somewhere...and there are thousands of numbers in there, it pops up the client data on the screem while i chat to them (or ignore the call!) vital tool.
it also runs pocket pc which i have found far easier to use than the palm or symbian stuff- works the same as an ipaq.
it also has a camera which is good for nothing except photo mates in the office then emailing to them!
oh- i also download- send emails out of the office.
T
ps- also use the alarm to get up in the am!

Couldn't live without my T3 either. Added to all the above, I have the London Tube, London A-Z and European dictonaries. Eases getting around and ordering lunch when on my occasional work forays into Europe.
Diary, contacts (blue tooth dialling from my Nokia mobile dog), remote email and wireless net surfing are my "can't do without" features.

Ditto here - I use an iPaq5550 for everything;
Calendar/Contacts for meetings, people details, reminders etc.
MP3 player combined with a storage card for about 4 hours worth of music.
Video clip player
E-book reader
Wireless email and internet.
Classic video games like Defender, Pacman, Asteroids etc
Mobile Powerpoint presentations
PDF document viewer
Transporting large files between work and home.
T
ps. I've found www.expansys.com to be the best place for prices on these things, they've currently got some good deals going on XDAs.

I occasionally use it for spreadsheets and Word documents. I don't use it for movie/video due having little (32Mb) onboard memory, and the sound quality is poor compared with a dedicated MP3 player. I actually use it for offline reading of emails, calendar/scheduling, to-do lists and contact management.
