Do a google search on "unlocking mobile phones".

If one of these places can't help I'd be suprised. With some Nokias it can be done remotely.

I also wouldn't go about publishing your IMEI number in public.

Edited to say I doubt anyone would do it for free. I gather the price is around 20 quid if it needs a machine...
