4 week ban, no points and a 250 quid fine

Don't you have to re-sit ur test again if u get 6 or more points in the first 2 yrs ??

nar for over 100 its instant ban, no points, and the law sez nothing about getting banned in ur first 2 years, so explained my solicitor. its a loophole apparently.
y would i have bin locked up?

not sure, cos my nephew has just passed hit test and a lad at work (12 mths ago) and they have been told if u get 6 or more points in the first 2 years u get banned and have to take the test again ????? will check, but if u have got away with it well done and enjoy ur bike for a bit only joking m8

thats the bit tho, i dont think u get point for 100, just a ban.

it was 12:30 pm on M18 motorway, no traffic and good conditions, that was one of my assets ofr my plead.
