'Scuse me, do you work here?'
'No. **** off!'
We have had the Christmas scurge (bring a friend), 30 days for a tenner. Then a percentage of these millions will join.
If I had a penny for everytime someone said, 'I dont want to get too big.'
I would be a rich man.
Later Yoza (Fitness instructor.....pwaah)

289,
Absolutely right mate! All these people that believe the Gym is the place to go to get "fit" should get out more! With outdoor pursuits such as biking you get different scenery most times, fresh air, good cardio workout and increase in muscle size/tone/definition. People ask me what gym I go to. I don't. It's amusing to see the reaction when you tell them that all you need is a few miles a week on a bike. Fantastic!
Now where's my remote ...................
