I was litally about to post a topic on this (but seeings as you've got 2 ill just add to one)!
Every single TV ad break has a D'Agostini magazine in it, happens every new year, still pishes me off big time!

Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole again.
I had endless problems when ordering a course of books for my daughter. They never arrived but I never paid so I thought that was ok.
After several attempts to phone them I never once got to speak to someone just an answerphone. Nobody rang back so I ended up buying the books all in one purchase elsewhere.
3 months later I got a letter from a debt collecting company asking for the money.
That took many phonecalls to sort out and all for £4.99!!
Initially the debt company didn't want to know but I wasn't being blacklisted for something I didn't owe.
Never going there again.
