Just seen a couple of policemen on the telly telling kids that they are too young to smoke?

I understood that it was illegal to buy **** under 16 but I thought u could smoke at any age?

Have I been misled?

PS I'm not under 16 and don't smoke

Children are not supposed to smoke in a public place under the age of 16.
