Debt collection agencys ?

We use Incasso who are very reasonable rates-wise, and have never failed to get us a result. However, they're based in Leeds, so I'm not sure if this will be of any use ?
[edit] It only costs us a few quid for them to send a snotty letter ('Letter before Action') to our customers - and most of them pay up without having to take it further down the legal avenue. Very cost effective.
[edit #2] Under no circumstances entertain any of the 'joke' debt collection agencies who claim they will send two ex-boxers round to the debtors house for an up-front fee. They are usually based in Liverpool and Manchester (in my experience) and they are just rip-off merchants.
