A mate of mine is an HGV driver of 10 years standing and was intending to train to be an HGV driving instructor. He's just had his previously clean license endorsed with 3 points and reckons that this puts him out of the reckoning until the points come off. Can anyone out there confirm the eligibility rules in this respect?
