dot , just to add to the other comments , this has been posted before and it's just one of these false internet stories , no such things ,and the roads in question keep changing

I definitely saw two SPECS cameras in either direction about mid-way between the M56 and Stoke on the M6 when I drove up there on Xmas eve.
Plus there is some kind of installation at the Thelwall viaduct roadworks.

J19 area of the M6 (Knutsford Services) had SPECs in place weekend of 4th Jan. All covered over with plastic as, AFAIK, the roadworks they 'cover' around the services had been suspended over Christmas.
