PAYPAL - is anyone experiencing problems tonight?

I am having problems logging onto Paypal.com tonight to check my account. I was wondering if it was just me or this was there server causing this. So if anyone else is experiencing the same or not could they let us know.

Some people have been getting "Page cannot be displayed" errors starting in the last couple of days. Seems there may be a problem now accessing it with less than 128bit Cipher Strength encryption.

i think they changed their SSL certificate, is now Straight 128bit and Will/Cannot handle anything less

I just managed to log on and a message came up to say they were experiencing problems so that answers it. Thankfully its not me for a change.
