Exclamation

Did you all see it on the news tonight?
Apparently some radar phenomenum (something to do with reflections)can cause the radar to give a false reading like 51 in a 30 when the guy proved he was doing less than half that - he got away with it too!! How many others have paid up - can't all be techno whizz's and be able to work them sort of things out!!

they have to prove your guilt!!!

its up to you to prove your innocence!!!!!

given the new civil powers..... they can stop civil protest such as petrol protests (which were a peaceful protest and wholey supported by NL until they realised the people had a bit of power)

hmg is getting worried... but theve only got themselves to blame

I if understood it correctly the distance travelled between flashes results in vehicle speed. He proved that according to the NIP he could only have been travelling at 13MPH to cover the distance between shots.

It turns out that reflected light could be the cause of the camera flashing and it is common for speed cameras to be activated by reflected light.

Another can of worms anyone?

This highlights the importance of defending your innocence if you have any doubt at all about their claims. In many areas they fight long and hard to avoid giving you "their" evidence to stop you from making the calculations this bloke made. Luckily he was done by GATSO which has markings on the road. The people done incorrectly by talivans have no such luck.

Laser systems, for example, may work at many hundreds of yards and even the slightest movement of the laser gear may be sufficient to move the beam from your car onto a car or object closer to the laser device, making it appear as if you are moving much faster than you actually are as you suddenly jump forward. Lying in the heather, in a well braced position, with an extremely expensive sight with excellent optics I wouldn't be able to hold aim on a stag at 800 or 1000 yards and yet those using laser cameras and guns will willingly take away your license and, possibly, job based upon their aim at these distances.

Equally directions on placement of speed measuring gear are often ignored but most such directions are based upon good physics and the laws of physics can not be ignored.

With this in mind if you have even the slightest doubt then get the photos and the video and make sure you attempt to measure your speed, probably using time/distance measurements, independent from the laser or radar.
